Main Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve performance targets and tasks assigned by the company;
- Implement corporate marketing strategies, set sales targets and performance evaluation plans for subordinates, and supervise regional execution;
- Responsible for tendering and market access at regional and higher levels, ensuring full product inclusion;
- Develop staffing plans for the region and assist with team recruitment;
- Enforce distributor management policies and oversee the signing of distribution agreements in the region;
- Formulate and execute plans for developing new markets and clients;
- Supervise and review all expenses of subordinate staff;
- Actively coordinate with the Marketing Department, provide market feedback, and propose suggestions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Laboratory Medicine, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales and management experience in IVD, pharmaceuticals, or related industries;
- Hardworking, dedicated, with a pioneering mindset, strong communication skills, and excellent sales capabilities.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industries; experience with IVD products is preferred;
- Proactive, resilient under pressure, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
